Sr Partner | AuctioneerDavid was the prior owner of Turnkey Auction & Realty (previously Wilson Auction & Realty) and elected to join the eXp Real T Group in 2024. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. He has experience auctioning residential homes, commercial buildings, land, and personal property, he also conducts opinions of value for many local banks and attorneys.
David is also an avid investor in both residential and commercial real estate and can be a resource for those buying and selling these assets. David is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio residing in Findlay, Bowling Green, Maumee and presently Sylvania, OH for the last 13 years.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science Degree from the Medical College of Ohio at the University of Toledo. David has been married for 30+ years and has 3 children, 2 of which have followed him into this area of practice.
As the largest asset for many families, David is passionate in working with both families and investors to secure or sell each property at the highest net dollar for his clients.
